When I read New Moon for the first time, the chapter The End made me cry. Why did he have to leave like that? Okay I know why already, it's just that it's such a sad scene!

What's the part that made you cry? Is there one? In any of the books.

For me, the crying place was the last sentence of Bree Tanner. Other than that... the same place in Eclipse? I usually don't cry when reading. Except Eragon and Twi series... Oh, and one of the few crying parts was the Black Warlock's/Wizard's trilogy's last book, when Akkarin dies.

Well, neither do I, that's my point! I never cry during films or whilst reading books ... but that was so sad!

I've never read Eragon - what it is? What's it about? O.O

It's about a boy who finds a blue "stone" which appears to be a dragon egg. The egg hatches and the first free Dragon Rider Eragon and his female dragon Saphira are born. A little while after, creatures called the Ra'zac kill Eragon's uncle(his mom is dead and father unknown) Garrow and Eragon starts to seek revenge with help from the mysterious storyteller Brom.

It's currently three books... though everybody's waiting for the final one.

Oh, a "cry" scene was also in the Mage(the Alchemyst series by Michael Scott) when Scatty was nearly killed and she got into water. Tears

Yes Dev,it's more that 1 it's actually 4!It's called the Inheritance cycle,writen by Christopher Paolini.(the 4th book isn't published yet)

I cried when Arya said she didn't love Eragon and she admitted she was still in love with Faolin.

Dev, you don't know about Eragon? Personally, I've never read the entire series, just a few extracts here and there, and the Wiki ... I've seen the film, which wasn't so good, but I liked the storyline - I'm planning on reading the books when I can, though. From the books you like to read, I'm certain you'd like them, Develia!

Okay ... so there are four books, one not published yet and I'm a fan of it's type of genre ... the film apparently sucks, and you all like the series, so I'll try it out!
